Business Development Manager
Peak Performers is a Texas nonprofit dedicated to enabling people with disabilities through meaningful employment opportunities. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying and securing new product lines that support competitive integrated employment initiatives.

Responsibilities
Identify and secure new product and service lines that support competitive integrated employment initiatives
Engage key decision-makers in state agencies and political subdivisions to uncover contracting opportunities
Act as the strategic link between new opportunities and our network of Community Rehabilitation Program (CRP) providers
Prospect, qualify, manage and close multiple opportunities while meeting sales targets
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on market analysis and business development strategy
Transition secured state contracts to regional staff for ongoing management
Maintain strong partner relationships and support customer issue resolutions
Track and report all business development activities and outcomes
Report to the Director of Strategic Business Development
Qualification
Required
Must be detail-oriented, adaptable to changing priorities, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively to meet strict deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience utilizing CRM software (preferably Salesforce)
