Responsibilities
Participate in the implementation process, aiding in the integration of our solutions into client settings
Provide technical assistance and contribute to problem-solving during deployment and integration phases
Solve technical challenges and client issues with hands-on investigation and client calls
Identify and address technical challenges encountered during product implementation
Collaborate with product implementation, data science and engineering teams to build tailored solutions
Assist in creating and updating technical documentation to streamline client onboarding and system maintenance
Pick up and understand unfamiliar financial processes at breakneck speed
Be willing to travel up to 25% of the time to client site
Flexible with working time to accommodate clients and team members across timezones
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; 3+ years of relevant, post-college work experience
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar and NoSQL data analysis
Good knowledge of AWS
Eagerness to collaborate and ability to engage confidently with clients
High obsession for Quality and Performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
