Responsibilities
Lead third-party Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) program management and onboarding of new payment partners
Collaborate with processors, networks, and vendors for smooth integration and performance
Monitor payment transaction flows, identify trends, and recommend optimizations
Support development and rollout of new payment products and features
Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and fraud prevention
Act as primary contact for partners during implementations and ongoing support
Oversee change management and testing for new product launches
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years in project management, implementation, or product development within financial services
Strong communication, relationship-building, and technical skills
Preferred
Payments and/or fintech experience strongly preferred
