Responsibilities
Performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure that the building, equipment, and systems are properly maintained and operating efficiently
Surveying, troubleshooting, basic repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and other systems within the facility
Working closely with account manager and project manager to ensure projects and surveys are completed in a timely manner and meet all quality standards
Regular travel within the region
Qualification
Required

Regular travel within the region, approximately 80%
Benefits

You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.
Vehicle – A vehicle, necessary equipment, and fuel card will be provided.
