Coordinates, supervises, and maintains responsibility for physician practice under the Doylestown Health Physicians
Ensures professional, courteous, timely, and accurate functioning of all office and billing activities
Provides leadership and expertise to the office staff and administrative support to the Director and the physician's in charge of the practice

Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Minimum 3 years medical office experience
Experience of working with computers/word processing skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to communicate at all levels clearly
Ability to express ideas clearly in writing and verbally
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Excellent administration skills including knowledge of and ability to manage admin structures and systems
Ability to collate data
Excellent customer care skills
Maintenance of confidentiality
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to motivate others
To understand the need to develop and monitor inclusive policies and Procedures
Preferred
Associates or Bachelors Degree
Experience with NextGen
Experience or working within a specialty setting
Experience of initiating, planning, evaluating and contributing to training
Billing and accounting experience
