Required

Proficiency in Sales Management, including lead generation, closing deals, and achieving sales objectives
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work in a hybrid setting with travel requirements within the Washington DC-Baltimore area
Preferred
Previous experience in the construction or architecture industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Design, or a related field is preferred
