They are seeking an Entry-Level Real Estate Financial Analyst to support their brokerage team by analyzing financial statements and market data to produce valuations and related client materials.

Responsibilities
Analyze seller financials, occupancy data, and market information to project cash flows
Perform DCF and direct capitalization analyses for individual assets and portfolios
Conduct market rent surveys and gather comparable sales data
Build valuation models, charts, and tables to support presentations
Assist with the creation of BOVs, Offering Memorandums, and other collateral (InDesign experience a plus)
Collaborate with brokers and marketing staff to bring deals to market
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
Strong knowledge of real estate finance terms and principles
Experience building DCF and capitalization models in Excel (coursework acceptable)
Proficiency in calculating IRR, ROI, GRM, and other financial metrics
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel)
Detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
Preferred
InDesign experience a plus
Proficiency in InDesign
