This role is ideal for current college students or recent graduates interested in launching a career in GovCon, assisting with day-to-day program activities and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities
Assist Program Managers with administrative and operational support for federal contracts
Help track program schedules, deliverables, and action items
Support preparation of reports, meeting notes, and basic program documentation
Learn how government contracts operate, including compliance and reporting requirements
Assist with coordination between internal teams (HR, recruiting, finance)
Help maintain organized records related to staffing, invoicing, and contract deliverables
Participate in internal and client meetings as a note-taker and support resource
Learn basic subcontractor and vendor coordination processes
Contribute to process improvement and quality assurance initiatives
Receive exposure to GovCon terminology, FAR basics, and program management best practices
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Public Administration, Engineering, Political Science, or a related field
Strong interest in government contracting, program management or federal operations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members
