Founding Sales & Partnerships Lead
Impersonas is an award-winning startup focused on connecting brands, creators, and platforms through intelligent digital identities. They are seeking a Founding Sales & Partnerships Lead to develop the company's sales and partnership strategy, leverage existing networks, and shape the product based on partner feedback.
Responsibilities
Help us look great
Lead and own early sales and partnership strategy end-to-end
Bring in and activate your existing network of potential partners (brands, platforms, agencies, creators, or adjacent players)
Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships
Help define pricing, deal structures, and go-to-market approach
Work directly with the founders to shape the product and platform based on partner feedback
Represent and evangelize the Impersonas vision externally
Qualification
Required
Based in Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York
Strong existing network of relevant partners you can immediately engage
Experience in sales, partnerships, and strategic alliances (startup experience a big plus)
Entrepreneurial mindset — you're comfortable with ambiguity and building from zero
Believe deeply that safe digital engagement is the future of content and entertainment
Motivated by ownership, impact, and long-term upside
