Responsibilities
Assist with commercial sales and leasing transactions from start to finish
Stay informed on NYC commercial real estate market trends and listings
Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants
Coordinate and attend property tours with prospective tenants and buyers
Support business development through prospecting, cold calling, canvassing, and networking
Collaborate with senior agents and leverage internal listings, tools, and market data
Assist with property evaluations, basic financial analysis, and deal preparation
Provide timely, professional support across multiple projects
Qualification
Required
Active New York State Real Estate Salesperson License (required)
Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills
High energy, coachable, and motivated to grow in a performance-based role
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Willingness to prospect, make cold calls, and attend industry events
Comfortable using CRM systems and standard business technology
Fluency in English plus Korean and/or Italian is required
Preferred
Strong interest in commercial real estate; prior experience is a plus but not required
Familiarity with the NYC real estate market or a strong desire to learn
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field is a plus
