Content Manager
SORD Fishing Products is seeking a full-time Content Manager to oversee their content pipeline and support the Creative Director. The role involves planning and producing various fishing and product content, managing social media channels, and optimizing content for engagement and ecommerce conversion.
Responsibilities
Plan, film, and edit both fishing and product content (photo + short form + YouTube long form)
Manage all SORD social channels (scheduling, posting, captions, comments/DMs)
Run the content calendar and keep the content pipeline organized, on-brand, and aligned with the marketing strategy
Build relationships with SORD ambassadors, travel to film with them, and film at SORD events
Produce website content: product page photos, videos, and updated copy
Support marketing campaigns: email + SMS campaign creation, creative for Meta/YouTube/Google/Amazon ads
Track performance and optimize content for engagement and ecommerce conversion
Qualification
Required
Strong camera skills + photography & videography experience (and confident directing talent)
Proficient editing skills (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
Passion for fishing and outdoor lifestyle content
Organized, self-starting, and able to execute fast without constant oversight
Must work in-house in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida and be willing to travel on content shoots (and get to fish around the country)
Preferred
Graphic design skills (Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva)
Shopify + Klaviyo experience
Dropbox + Google Drive experience
