Responsibilities
Provide quality customer service to members at the Northgate location
Act as a traditional teller with the skills of a personal banker
Sell and cross-sell products and services to members
Complete account transactions as requested
Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
Organize member documents, information, and status
Accurately complete and process account paperwork and member files
Assist with loan applications by interviewing the consumer and processing the application
Qualification
Required
Training is provided for this role and we are hiring new team members that are excited to learn and start a career in banking
1+ years of successful sales and customer service experience is desired
Ability to interact positively with co-workers, management, and the public
Ability to pair sales skills with a service mindset
Willingness to proactively sell our products and services
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to balance multiple tasks while demonstrating good time management
Detail-oriented
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008
