Responsibilities
Design and execute the global growth strategy across the US and European markets
Own key metrics across user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
Develop and optimize scalable growth channels: paid, organic, partnerships, product-led, and community
Build and lead cross-functional initiatives across product, marketing, and sales to drive exponential adoption
Partner with leadership on strategic priorities, including P&L ownership, pricing, GTM models, and market expansion
Establish a strong data-driven growth culture, using experimentation and analytics to inform decisions
Build and mentor a world-class growth team as we scale
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, high-growth startups, or tech leadership roles
Proven track record of scaling products and driving measurable revenue growth
Strong grasp of growth levers across marketing, product, and business strategy
Deep understanding of P&L management and financial modeling
Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and makes data-informed decisions
Technical curiosity—comfortable working with AI/tech products and translating them into growth opportunities
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
