Responsibilities

Serve as functional owner of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, partnering with HR, Payroll, and Finance SMEs to optimize system usage
Configure and maintain HCM modules, including custom fields (DFF/EFF), Fast Formulas, workflows, and business rules
Evaluate Oracle quarterly releases, assess business impact, and coordinate testing, validation, and deployment with stakeholders
Lead end-to-end testing for fixes and enhancements, including test plans, scripts, execution, and sign-off

Experience managing security in a complex enterprise environment
Serve as functional owner of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
