Responsibilities
Lead and manage transaction advisory engagements from start to finish
Analyze financial performance, assess risk, and deliver actionable recommendations
Develop and review financial models, reports, and client deliverables
Collaborate with leadership on practice growth, operational improvements, and client strategy
Mentor and develop managers and senior staff, building high-performing teams
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support business development
Qualification
Required
Active CPA license
7+ years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, or a related field
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial analysis for transactions
Proven leadership experience managing teams or complex projects
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills
Track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments
Preferred
Experience advising private equity-backed companies
Exposure to both buy-side and sell-side transactions
Background in operational finance, process improvement, or strategic initiatives
Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams
Comfortable in dynamic, high-growth, or entrepreneurial environments
Experience contributing to practice growth or expansion
