Growth Marketing Manager, TikTok Shop - USDS

The role involves leveraging performance advertising to grow TikTok Shop's e-commerce business, developing strategies, executing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve industry-leading growth.

Responsibilities
Manage ad accounts on TikTok Ads Manager and other mainstream channels with considerable budgets
Define B2C and B2B strategies to support various business goals, including but not limited to new customer acquisition, retargeting, lead generation, etc
Own key projects for B2B Seller and Affiliate Creator growth for TikTok Shop, focusing on new strategies to increase lifetime value
Ensure accurate analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Bring insights into the business and form new methodologies
Tackle new challenges, provide solutions, and build strategies from 0 to 1
Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues on growth strategy, budget alignment, and ad delivery to achieve business goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above
3+ years of professional experience in a user growth role involving e-commerce campaign management and performance ads strategy
Strong data analytics and visualization skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Domo
Proven experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization strategies
Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams to develop plans and execute projects
Comfortable navigating and driving results in a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving
Preferred
Experience in conversion-based campaign management across other platforms
In-depth knowledge and ownership experience with TikTok Ads Manager e-commerce campaigns utilizing user-generated content (UGC)
Background in both B2C and B2B marketing
Experience with SQL queries and have a basic understanding of databases and how to find the correct data sources
