They are seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to join their team, responsible for estimating projects and managing them from preconstruction through closeout while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and timely estimates for heavy civil and site development scopes
Manage projects cradle-to-grave, including budgets, schedules, reporting, and closeout
Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Support proposal preparation, scope reviews, and bid strategy
Maintain strong cost control, documentation, and follow-through
Operate effectively in a fast-paced, accountability-driven environment

Required

Proven experience in heavy civil / site development construction
Strong understanding of civil scopes (earthwork, utilities, grading, excavation)
High integrity and strong ethical standards
Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction software
Motivated to learn, grow, and improve processes
Ability to pass standard pre-employment requirements

Preferred

Heavy civil estimating software (e.g., B2W)
Earthwork takeoff tools (e.g., AGTEK, InSite)
Accounting / job cost systems
Microsoft Office Suite
