Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a retail team to achieve and exceed sales goals
Drive store performance through creative promotions, outreach, and sales initiatives
Deliver and uphold an exceptional customer experience
Support staff with ongoing training and product knowledge updates
Handle escalated customer interactions with professionalism and problem‑solving skills
Oversee daily store operations, merchandising standards, and inventory presentation
Monitor customer trends to help guide sales and marketing decisions
Manage employee scheduling, performance evaluations, and talent development
Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and operational standards
Support additional tasks needed for effective and efficient store operations
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership experience in retail or a related sales environment
Strong business judgment and decision‑making skills
Ability to navigate complex customer service situations with confidence
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to negotiate and resolve issues with a customer‑first mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
High school diploma required
NC Alarm Systems Licensing Board registration (includes background check and fingerprinting)
Preferred
BS in Business or related field
3+ years of retail supervisory or comparable sales experience
