1st Source Bank is seeking an Intern to join their Human Resources Team during the Summer of 2026. The role involves assisting with various HR functions such as updating learning management systems, preparing for new employee orientation, and participating in wellness initiatives.

Responsibilities

Work with our Learning Management Systems; assignments, updates, and reports
Update our Talent Development SharePoint site
Contact colleagues within the lines of business and work with them to update courses
Research external courses, university information and ideas for new initiatives
Assist with preparation and facilitation of our intern course, Young Professionals Workshop
Assist with preparation and planning for New Employee Orientation with our Talent Acquisition Team
Observe interviews with the Talent Acquisition Team
Participate in a Partner Visit with our Employee Engagement Team
Assist with a wellness initiative with our Employee Benefits Team

Qualification

MS OfficeAnalytical skillsOrganizational skillsProblem-solving skillsCommunication skills

Required

Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position
Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position
High School Diploma/GED required
Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word) is essential
Good organizational skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Able to prioritize workload and manage multiple competing tasks and demands
Ability to meet deadlines
Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Pursuing bachelor's degree in human resources or business desired
Pursuing a career in banking
