They are seeking a Training Documentation Specialist to create clear, structured, and user-friendly training documentation for their FloControl platform, working closely with product, operations, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities
Create and maintain platform training documentation for FloControl, including:
User guides for customers
Step-by-step platform workflows
Admin, operator, and manager training materials
SOPs and internal process documentation
Onboarding and enablement guides (internal & external)
Translate technical and operational platform knowledge into clear, actionable training content
Develop documentation tailored to different audiences (operators, admins, managers, internal teams)
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and validate accuracy
Maintain and update documentation as the platform evolves
Ensure consistency in tone, structure, formatting, and terminology across all materials
Create documentation in English and Spanish
Qualification
Required
Proven experience creating training or instructional documentation for software platforms
Fluent written communication in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
Strong ability to simplify complex technical or operational concepts
Experience with documentation tools (Google Docs, Notion, Confluence, or similar)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Comfortable working asynchronously with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience with SaaS platforms or industrial/manufacturing software
Familiarity with customer onboarding, customer success, or enablement workflows
Experience creating visual training assets (screenshots, diagrams, flowcharts)
Experience documenting role-based workflows (operator vs admin)
