They are seeking a passionate fundraising leader to lead their capital campaign, develop a multi-year fundraising strategy, and collaborate with executive leadership to enhance their impact in the community.

Responsibilities

Lead the capital campaign, including planning, managing, and donor cultivation
Develop and implement a multi-year fundraising strategy aligned with organizational goals
Set annual revenue targets and track performance across all fundraising channels
Collaborate with executive leadership and board members to set organizational strategy
Oversee grant research, writing, submission, and reporting processes
Build and maintain relationships with potential funders
Design and execute donor stewardship plans to deepen engagement and retention
Identify, cultivate, and solicit major gift prospects
Maintain donor database and ensure accurate recordkeeping and reporting
Lead the planning and execution of annual giving campaigns
Develop compelling messaging and segmented outreach strategies
Analyze campaign performance and optimize future efforts
Plan and manage signature fundraising events, including logistics, sponsorships, and donor experience
Partner with marketing and communications teams to align fundraising messaging across platforms
Represent the organization at public events, donor meetings, and community forums

Required

Proven track record in nonprofit fundraising, with prior experience in a leadership role

Proficiency with donor management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Bloomerang, etc.)
Ability to inspire and engage diverse stakeholders
Passion for the mission and values of The Women's Resource Center
Bachelor's degree in nonprofit administration or a related field
