Responsibilities
Program and commission BAS using Distech Controls and Niagara Framework
Develop and troubleshoot control logic for mechanical systems including AHUs, VAVs, RTUs, chillers, boilers, pumps, and related equipment
Modify and optimize existing control programs
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain Distech software standards
Support system testing, startup, and ongoing optimization
Qualification
Required
Hands-on Distech Controls experience (required)
Strong Niagara Framework proficiency
Distech Software Engineer Level 3+ or equivalent experience
Ability to independently program most mechanical HVAC systems
Solid understanding of BAS sequences and system operation
Preferred
Experience creating or reviewing submittal drawings
Commissioning or field startup experience
