This role is responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment while ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are consistently met.

Responsibilities
Set up, operate, optimize, changeover, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment
Operate machinery within established quality and production standards
Perform equipment setup and debugging per specifications, plant policies, and procedures
Troubleshoot, clean, adjust, and repair equipment as needed
Perform preventative maintenance (PM) per plant program requirements
Maintain accurate equipment, production, and downtime logs
Assist Maintenance and Engineering teams with major repairs
Monitor machine startup, control panels, safety guards, and component inventory
Clear machine jams safely and restart operations
Perform and document required quality control (QC) checks and process challenges
Monitor in-process quality to prevent defects and product holds
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Support upstream and downstream operations as needed
Perform rework when required
Follow all safety, environmental, and Quality System Requirements (QSR)
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Prior industrial maintenance or manufacturing experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read machine blueprints and equipment specifications
Clear, legible handwriting for equipment logs and documentation
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Must wear steel toe shoes
