Responsibilities
Maintain policies and procedures in accordance with Federal, State, and Local laws
Responsible for maintaining federal and state mandated leaves of absence processes
Maintain Workers’ Compensation claims
Assist in investigating and documenting all internal employee claims
Assist in processing employee separations in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
Investigate, document, and respond to employment related claims
Qualification
Required
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Maintain policies and procedures in accordance with Federal, State, and Local laws
