Responsibilities
Oversee a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate debt investments, including construction, transitional, and value-add assets
Interpret and apply complex loan and credit documentation across asset management activities
Monitor asset performance through financial analysis, rent rolls, operating statements, and covenant testing
Review and approve budgets, leases, and cash flow distributions in accordance with loan structures
Prepare investment performance analysis and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate with borrowers, lenders, legal counsel, consultants, and third-party advisors
Mentor and develop analysts, supporting technical growth and professional advancement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
5+ years of experience in CRE debt asset management, loan servicing, or structured finance
Strong understanding of commercial real estate credit, loan structures, and capital markets
Advanced Excel skills with ability to build and analyze complex financial models
