Responsibilities
Conduct patient intakes, including EKG and Spire tests
Perform phlebotomy and specialized lab tests
Administer treadmill stress tests as part of patient programs
Interact with and respond to patient queries via email and phone
Order patient-specific medications from compound pharmacies
Qualification
Required
CMA or Medical Assistant Diploma required
Experience in customer service
Proficiency in electronic systems
Preferred
EHR experience preferred
Phlebotomy skills preferred
