Administrative Assistant
RGB Custom Home Builders is a reputable, upscale custom home building company seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join their professional team. The role involves collaborating with clients, maintaining organized records, and supporting various office and property management activities.
Responsibilities
Meet independently with new home clients to coordinate interior and exterior selections
Maintain precise, well-organized records of all client selections and changes
Assist with oversight and coordination of tasks related to multiple rental properties
Support advertising initiatives and community sponsorships
Coordinate with insurance providers to ensure accurate and current coverage
Assist with real estate related tasks
Qualification
Required
Professional appearance, polished communication style, and excellent phone presence are required
Proven ability to interact confidently with high expectation clients
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision
Comfortable making independent decisions within established processes
Proficiency with office software and digital record-keeping
This position is not entry-level and requires prior professional office experience
Preferred
Prior experience in construction, interior design coordination, real estate, or property management is strongly preferred
Notary license is a plus
