Randstad is seeking a motivated Associate I in Quality Control to join their team at a state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Norwood, MA. This role focuses on ensuring the quality, safety, and integrity of raw materials used in the production of life-changing medicines through hands-on sampling, data management, and compliance with quality systems.

Responsibilities

Perform sampling and inspection of raw materials and consumables
Coordinate sample logistics between internal and external labs
Log data into LIMS and maintain meticulous cGMP documentation
Operate within cleanroom environments using aseptic techniques
Support quality systems, including deviations, CAPAs, and investigations
Maintain lab supplies and uphold a safe, collaborative work culture

Required

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline
Experience: 0–1 years of experience with a BS, or 2+ years of experience in a GMP Quality Control laboratory setting
Compliance Mindset: A strong desire to learn and master GxP regulations and SOP-driven workflows
Collaboration: A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team
