Timely data management of grants, exercises, terminations, valuations (fair value and 409a)
Timely reconciliation of quarterly/monthly cap table, board minutes vs. grant file, and all other key period-end reporting
Clear documentation of all current equity processes and creating/implementing efficient and auditable administration processes
Listening to the client's needs - as well as providing clear written and verbal communication
Qualification
Required
2 years' experience administering stock plans with the Shareworks equity management system
Strong Excel skills - Pivot tables, Xlookup
Strong Analytical Skills
Excellent Customer Service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience administering stock plans with one or more of Equity Edge Online, Carta, Certent or Option Trax
Experience in the equity compensation industry
Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification
