Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and close new security opportunities within assigned territories or vertical markets
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with end users, partners, and internal stakeholders
Lead consultative sales engagements, including discovery, site walks, and solution development
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver complete, well-scoped solutions
Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through proposal, close, and handoff
Meet or exceed sales targets while contributing to sustainable company growth
Stay current on security technology trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions

Required

3+ years of B2B sales experience in security or a closely related technology field
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Working knowledge of Access Control, Video Surveillance (CCTV), Intrusion Detection, and Security Management Platforms
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously

Preferred

Experience with platforms such as Avigilon, LenelS2, Open Options, Axis, or Honeywell
Familiarity with IP networking and cloud-based security solutions
Experience selling to end users in the North Texas market
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
