Foundry Architect

They are seeking a Foundry Architect to lead the architectural design and migration of applications and Tableau workbooks into TSMC's Vantage platform, driving technical strategy for semiconductor design flows in a cloud-based environment.

Responsibilities
Lead architectural planning and high-level technical design for migrating applications, dashboards, and Tableau workbooks to the Vantage platform
Create comprehensive architectural diagrams, technical designs, and solution blueprints
Facilitate technical discussions, make key architectural decisions, and provide mentorship to development teams
Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions within Vantage, including LOE estimates and multiple options for stakeholder selection
Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather, refine, and manage requirements while ensuring designs support business goals and semiconductor process optimization
Leverage Vantage's cloud capabilities for data analytics, yield improvement, virtual prototyping, and high-performance computing workloads
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in TSMC's Vantage platform, including its tools, services, design flows, and cloud-based features
Proven experience integrating third-party IP cores into customer designs using Vantage
Strong knowledge of the Vantage ecosystem, including EDA tools, IP providers, system houses, and semiconductor design/verification processes
Proficiency in cloud-based design, verification, and HPC systems for handling large-scale semiconductor datasets and simulations
Hands-on experience with virtual prototyping, data analytics for yield/process optimization, and API development/integration
Familiarity with security best practices in cloud-based semiconductor platforms
Experience in Agile/DevOps methodologies, including drafting user stories and acceptance criteria
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration (engineers, stakeholders, clients)
Strong technical documentation abilities, including creating clear architectural diagrams, process manuals, and reports
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred); equivalent experience considered
Preferred
Prior experience migrating analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) to specialized platforms
Background in semiconductor foundry operations, process integration, or advanced node design
