Parts and Maintenance Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Parts and Maintenance Customer Service Representative responsible for managing parts issuance, processing requests for ancillary gear, and maintaining serviceability records.

Responsibilities

Issues and records all parts issued on provided Repair Part Reports and use reports to update the SWALIS/DPAS database
Processes initial request, turn-in, and issue documents (DD Form 1149) of required ancillary gear to Techs and SEALS
Receive post-deployment turn in of all ancillary gear and determine serviceability for re-issue
Builds repair-part kits and toolboxes for deploying units

Required

A SECRET security clearance is required
Must possess at least one year of SWALIS, DPAS or a similar inventory database experience
Must possess a valid state driver's license
Must be able to operate a Personal Computer (PC) with common/standard business software programs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint (minimum 3 years' experience in Microsoft Office programs)
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing
Must be able to enter data into multiple databases accurately
