Orbisk is on a mission to create a world where food waste is a thing of the past by combining AI technology with sustainability. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to engage with clients in the hospitality sector, helping them reduce food waste and implement effective changes.

Responsibilities

Engage with a wide range of individual locations — from hotels and restaurants to hospitals, across the US — as a trusted consultant on food waste reduction
Help clients identify where they can improve and implement these changes
Analyze patterns in clients' food waste to help them achieve their set goals
Participate in discussions within Orbisk on how to further optimize and continuously enhance the product

Qualification

B2B client-facing experienceSaaS experienceEnterprise account managementHospitality sector experienceFluency in EnglishSustainability knowledgeFood sector experienceSpanish language

Required

You have prior experience in a B2B client-facing role, ideally in a SaaS environment (approx. 2-4 years of relevant experience)
Fluency in English is required
Proven experience managing enterprise accounts, particularly in post-sales or aftercare phase
You take ownership of renewals and proactively drive upsell and cross-sell conversations, contributing directly to client growth and long-term partnership success

Preferred

Fluency in Spanish is an added plus!
Experience in the hospitality, sustainability, cruise ship or food sector is an added plus
