Responsibilities
Plan and deliver end-to-end projects (requirements, design, testing, cutover, hypercare)
Manage RAID logs, budgets, and governance forums; produce executive dashboards
Drive operating model and process improvements; document SOPs and controls
Coordinate UAT and production readiness; ensure stable post-go-live performance
Align with risk, compliance, and audit standards; maintain an auditable change record
Ability to multi-task and to take the initiative when needed
Manage IT budget planning and project time tracking on Clarity
Qualification
Required
7–10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in banking preferably in custody asset servicing (global markets or investment operations)
Demonstrable delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder programs (e.g., system migrations, regulatory implementations, client transitions)
Experience with IT budget planning and project time tracking, preferably with Clarity
Experience with SDLC (Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall), Jira, Confluence
Proven governance and stakeholder management with senior leaders and external clients

SWIFT messaging (MT / MX / ISO 20022)
