Responsibilities
Actively bring in new service business and grow local accounts in the Los Angeles market
Manage electrical service projects, technicians, schedules, and margins
Serve as the main point of contact for service clients and repeat customers
Oversee job costing, forecasting, change orders, and closeouts
Support electrical estimating and design-build work as needed
Qualification
Required
1–2+ years as a Senior Electrical Technician, Electrical Supervisor, Service Manager, or similar
Strong knowledge of electrical service work & NEC
Experience managing multiple service technicians
Comfortable working onsite and building relationships in the field
Preferred
Estimating experience is a plus
