Responsibilities
Manages multiple medium to large-sized projects or a single highly complex project
Has extensive interaction with the client
Defines and implements project and program management standards and processes within NTT DATA and across client engagements
Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations for project management process improvements
Responsible for all or multiple aspects of the project(s)
Provides administrative and organizational support through the coordination of activities relative to each project management process area
In addition to regular project communications, responsible for preparing, present, and distributing project information to applicable project, program, or portfolio managers
Contributes to area by ensuring quality of tasks/services provided by self and others
Complete weekly status reporting for each project
Qualification
Required
5 + years' professional experience in project management
Required US based resource
Experience utilizing Microsoft M365 product suite of tools for the job
Preferred
PMP
Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus
Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and effective problem-solving skills
Bachelor's Degree in an Information Technology Discipline preferred but not required
