Prospect, consult, and guide buyers and sellers through the full transaction process
Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and manage timelines
Build relationships and grow a referral network
Market listings using modern tools, systems, and social media strategies
Provide world-class client service from first contact to closing
Qualification
Required
Active Real Estate License (in any U.S. state)
Strong communication and professionalism
Coachable mindset and accountability
Desire to grow a business (not just 'chase deals')

Sales or real estate experience
