Own a $5-10 million territory (Greater San Antonio Area) — hunt for new accounts and grow existing ones
Performance-based bonuses and advancement opportunities
Use of CRM system for tracking leads and customer interactions
Coordinate quotes, availability, logistics, and billing
Walk jobsites, demo equipment, and partner with service to solve problems fast
Maintain 80 %+ fleet utilization and >90 % on-time delivery metrics
Qualification
Required
5+ yrs sales experience in heavy equipment, contractor-supply or industrial B2B sales
Comfortable in steel-toes and a CRM dashboard
Strong communication and customer service skills
Relationship-builder with the grit to make 8-10 productive touches/day
Valid driver's license; can lift 50 lbs and enjoy outdoor site visits
