As an Independent Inspector, you'll represent the company in the field, generating leads, inspecting properties, and closing sales while enjoying the flexibility of being your own boss.

Responsibilities
Generate Leads — Canvass neighborhoods (especially post-storm), door-knock in Joplin-area communities, network locally, leverage social media/referrals, and follow up on company leads to book free inspections
Inspect Jobs — Perform detailed, professional exterior inspections of roofs, siding, gutters, windows, soffits, fascia, and more to spot storm damage, wear, or improvement opportunities
Document with Pictures and Reports — Capture high-quality photos of all findings and create clear, professional reports that show homeowners the issues and potential solutions/claims
Follow Up with Leads — Stay in regular contact via phone, text, and visits to answer questions, build trust, and guide homeowners toward a decision
Sell Leads / Projects — Present findings, explain repair/upgrade options, assist with insurance processes when applicable, and close deals for Bean Exterior Solutions projects
Collect the Money — Secure deposits or full payments as needed, then smoothly transition to our production team for installation
Qualification
Required
Self-motivated with an outgoing, people-oriented personality
Comfortable working independently and setting your own schedule
Reliable vehicle and smartphone/camera (drone experience a plus!)
Basic knowledge of residential exteriors – full training provided
Sales mindset or natural ability to build rapport and close (highly valued)
Professional, honest, and customer-first attitude
Able to work outdoors in Missouri weather conditions
