Responsibilities
Assist clients with onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition into our services
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and solutions
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to gather feedback for service improvement
Collaborate with wealth management advisors to deliver customized solutions for clients
Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in the client management system
Identify opportunities for further engagement with clients and promote additional services as appropriate
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in client service, preferably within the wealth management industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on client engagement
Proficiency in client management software and MS Office Suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
