Responsibilities
Create detailed project plans (including dates, resources, risks, etc.)
Manage at least one implementation of ADP GlobalView Payroll
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM (ADP will integrate with Oracle HCM)
Understand payroll implementation best practices and challenges when implementing ADP Payroll
Escalate issues when needed, predict or anticipate where issues may arise, prioritize or deprioritize those issues
Qualification
Required
Prior experience managing at least one ADP GlobalView payroll implementation
Excellent general IT project manager skills with the ability to create detailed project plans (including dates, resources, risks, etc.)
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM (ADP will integrate with Oracle HCM)
Understanding of payroll implementation best practices and challenges when implementing ADP Payroll
Ability to escalate issues when needed, predict or anticipate where issues may arise, prioritize or deprioritize those issues, etc
