Responsibilities
Create short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Research trends, sounds, memes, and formats and adapt them to Waveful
Experiment with new content ideas and formats to drive growth
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams on campaigns and launches
Analyze content performance and iterate based on results
Qualification
Required
Strong passion for social media and content creation
Comfortable being on camera and creating short-form video content
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas consistently
Good understanding of what performs well on social platforms
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience with video editing tools or growing a personal/social account
Active content creators with an existing presence on social media
Proven experience creating and posting content consistently
Existing following on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube (size matters less than engagement and creativity)
Comfortable building and growing an audience
Students, recent graduates, and early-career creators are welcome
