Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the electrical BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical designs into the overall building model
Review and analyze electrical designs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications and regulations
Provide technical support and guidance to team members regarding BIM software and electrical design standards
Conduct clash detection and resolution to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within the BIM model
Prepare and maintain project documentation related to electrical designs and BIM processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in Electrical BIM coordination and management
Strong knowledge of BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electrical systems and BIM practices
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
