Responsibilities
Manage and maintain calendars for the legal team, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently
Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and readily accessible
Assist in the preparation of legal documents, correspondence, and reports as required
Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure timely responses and updates
Support office management tasks, including supply ordering and maintaining a professional office environment
Conduct research to assist in case preparation and legal inquiries as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a legal administrator or in a similar administrative role within a legal setting
Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
Excellent calendar management and organizational skills
Proficiency in office software applications, including MS Office Suite
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
