Responsibilities
Coordinate Daily Operations: Oversee daily production requirements, including safety, quality, delivery, and cost, in collaboration with other leads and supervisors
Supportive Staffing & Scheduling Coordination: Collaborate with team members to assist in coordinating staffing needs, managing schedules, and determining overtime requirements
Monitor Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain optimal performance

Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Experience in leading and facilitating team meetings, providing updates, and fostering collaboration
Experience leading projects intended to engage and empower team members
Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence and adapt to continuous improvement-driven changes
Familiarity with problem-solving tools and techniques
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and leadership roles across the site
Understanding of how decisions impact the P&L and overall business objectives
Ability to think strategically and understand interdepartmental relationships
Coachable and receptive to feedback, using it to drive positive change
Preferred
3 or more years' experience in production environment
Technical understanding of processes in the scope of the lead position
