InternMid-America Pool Renovation (MAPR) is looking for a motivated, creative college student who is interested in building real-world marketing experience. This internship focuses on social media and digital content creation, providing hands-on involvement in capturing and sharing the story of the company's projects, people, and brand.

Responsibilities
Reviewing daily job schedules to identify opportunities for photos and videos
Visiting job sites and the office to capture content (photos, video, and occasional drone footage)
Identifying creative content ideas by observing projects as they happen
Coordinating with project managers and customers to schedule 'after' photos
Reviewing upcoming project schedules and marketing plans to prepare for future content needs
Staying informed through internal Slack channels to catch timely content opportunities
Editing content and continuously improving photography, videography, and editing skills
Organizing and managing content within MAPR’s digital library
Assisting with social media posts and other marketing initiatives as needed
Collaborating closely with the marketing team on content creation and planning
Starting most days around 7:00 a.m. to align with job site activity
Working approximately 30-35 hours per week, with some flexibility based on project schedules
Balancing time between job sites, the office, and editing or planning work
Managing your own time and priorities with guidance from the marketing team
Providing a weekly update to share progress and outline plans for the upcoming week
Qualification
Required
Current college student studying marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field
Enjoys both creative work and staying organized
Comfortable being in the field and interacting with different teams
Eager to learn, open to feedback, and motivated to improve
Wants an internship that builds practical skills and confidence
Interested in growing into a long-term marketing role
Preferred
Basic experience with photo or video editing tools is helpful, but not required
