Responsibilities
Provide exceptional patient care via telephone and other technology
Ensure patient satisfaction by providing quality service, identifying patient needs and assisting them with issues/concerns
Research, identify and problem solve, verify eligibility of service and place call backs as required
Support the Patient Care Team in providing a comprehensive and thoughtful patient experience
Meet and support established service goals and business objectives by meeting and exceeding performance standards
Adapt communication style to persons representing diverse personal, professional, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; college preferred
1-2+ year(s) customer service in a call center, medical office/clinic or institutional setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
An aptitude for quality assurance and data-driven outcomes
Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Talkdesk, and other standard applications
Commitment to providing the highest level of service through the right mix of empathy, professionalism, and integrity
The ability to cut through the noise of a fast-paced start-up environment and affect real change
Appropriately handle confidential information and adhere to HIPAA requirements
Strong 'patient first' values
You are comfortable interacting through a variety of tech platforms and can quickly learn new software
