InternMatthews™ is a company focused on developing the Matthews brand through unique visual solutions. The Graphic Design intern will create marketing materials and collaborate with various departments to ensure timely project completion.

Responsibilities
Design and format Digital and Print marketing materials including brochures, flyers, invitations, social media posts, postcards, and other marketing collateral
Manage projects in a timely manner with collaborating with vendors and various departments of Matthews
Coordinate with vendors to deliver print materials
Provide cost analysis of projected quotes
Coordinate production of materials including gathering printing bids, packaging artwork and assembling final layouts for printers, preparing notes and instructions for printers and other vendors
Qualification
Required
Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team
Must have advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere and AfterEffects
Must be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented
Preferred
Ability to communicate effectively and develop working relationships among all disciplines and across all levels of company
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, while remaining extremely professional, and customer service oriented
Ability to be detail oriented in all aspect of work product
Detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented
Video production experience a plus (Premiere & After Effects)
