The role involves hands-on field work, collaborating with clients and project managers, and ensuring high-quality performance of A/V systems.

Responsibilities
Install and configure A/V systems, including displays, projectors, sound systems, conferencing equipment, and control systems
Run and terminate low-voltage cabling (Cat6, speaker wire, HDMI, fiber, etc.)
Troubleshoot system issues and perform maintenance or repairs
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and contractors to ensure system quality and project timelines
Conduct system testing, calibration, and verification to ensure high-quality performance
Document installations, configurations, and service activities
Maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and equipment
Provide exceptional customer service during on-site visits
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of A/V installation or low‑voltage experience
Knowledge of A/V signal types, wiring standards, and basic networking
Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and construction plans
Familiarity with control systems (Crestron, Extron, Control4)
Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and in construction environments
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
