They are seeking a driven Business Development professional responsible for building relationships and generating new loan opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and referral partnerships.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with brokers, real estate investors, builders, and developers
Generate and qualify leads for DSCR, bridge, construction, and multifamily loans
Maintain an active pipeline and consistently drive deal flow
Collaborate with underwriting and operations to move deals from inquiry to close
Educate referral partners on loan products, guidelines, and pricing
Represent the company professionally at industry events and through digital outreach
Qualification
Required
Experience in commercial lending, private lending, mortgage, or real estate sales helpful but not required
Strong understanding of investor lending products (DSCR, bridge, construction, multifamily)
Proven ability to generate leads and close business
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage a pipeline independently
